A sensational villa close to the beach and in a relatively quiet location. Top-quality amenities both indoors and outdoors. Very relaxed key handover with clear explanations and instructions regarding building services. There were six adults and one child, and we truly enjoyed our vacation.

The villa was perfect! Spacious and clean rooms. Everything was there—from cleaning supplies and badminton rackets to a PS4, detergent, and more. We will definitely come back!

Very clean house and a perfect place for groups and families to vacation in Medulin

We liked everything!

The house offers everything you could wish for: a large pool, beautiful and modern rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Medulin is about a 5-minute drive away, and Pula about 15 minutes. The sea is within walking distance. There were eight of us (7 adults and one child). There was enough space for everyone, and there was no shortage of sun loungers or chairs. It’s a perfect place to relax for those seeking peace and quiet. The price includes one dog; each additional dog costs €40 per day, which seemed very expensive to us. And we’re talking about two small Chihuahuas here

A fantastic place for a great vacation! It might be better to book in September, as the villa is significantly cheaper then. The highlight was the large swimming pool. Larger towns such as Pula and Medulin are easily accessible from the property. The sea is right next to the accommodation, but we recommend the sandy beach in Medulin.

A phenomenal house, very clean and spacious in every sense, so you truly feel at home. The sea is nearby, as well as shops, and it takes about a 10-minute drive to reach Pula. Highly recommended for families, large or small groups. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in Villa C with nine people and felt completely comfortable. The villa is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped – there was really everything you need. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the quiet surroundings, and the reliable Wi-Fi. A highlight was the heated pool, which was regularly cleaned by the operator – very well maintained! The overall atmosphere was relaxed and ideal for a restful vacation. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend Villa C!

Great villa near the sea with excellent facilities and a large pool. You can rent four almost new KTM bicycles to explore the area. Medulin and two supermarkets are not far away, and a local convenience store is within walking distance. The house has sufficient parking spaces directly on the property; charging an electric car via a household socket is easy and free of charge. The landlord is very nice and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. All in all, a great short vacation that we can highly recommend.

Very nice vacation, perfect for the whole family.

House as described and clean, nice pool, good facilities, and very modern. The trash bin was far too small and filled up quickly with 9 people. The local caretaker was unfriendly and hard to reach. The house itself is very nice, but a car is necessary. In the end, we were accused of having broken two sun loungers, which were provably already broken beforehand.

We had a great week in the house. The hosts were always friendly and easy to reach. There are two refrigerators, which was really necessary. Table tennis, foosball, mosquito protection, badminton, a speaker, 4 bicycles, plenty of clothes hangers, good kitchen equipment, two sinks, oven, microwave, toaster, three coffee machines, and an outdoor shower – everything was available. We brought our dog, and he felt very comfortable. The property is completely fenced and offers enough space for the dog to run around. The areas toward the neighbor and the street are fenced with stones, so the dog usually didn’t notice other dogs passing by. You can walk downhill to the beach. To get to the bakery and restaurants, you walk a bit uphill. Medulin can be reached by bike in just a few minutes; there are several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, a harbor with a promenade, car wash stations, and gas stations. We would be happy to come back.

Very nice contact person, rather secluded area, lots of equipment for entertainment (table tennis table with equipment, sports gear, TV), insect protection, very nice showers and bathrooms, very good pool, carports for two large cars, possibility to charge an electric car (slow), 4 bicycles, grill, dining table outside and inside, sofa outside and inside, large garden, upper bedrooms connected by a large beautiful balcony, pool cover to maintain water temperature.

Amazing house, great location, very friendly landlord.

The owner and host prepared the villa for guests even though we booked at the last minute. They even organized an early check-in. Everything was ready when we arrived. The house is large and offers everything you would expect from a villa.
