This holiday home is managed by Moto Puls d.o.o. from Zagreb, founded in 1996. Our small family business has two holiday homes in Istria and several other properties in Zagreb in its portfolio. Over the course of almost 30 years of business, our employees have traveled much of the world, gained extensive experience in the tourism sector, and, when implementing these villas, decided to offer something different. You will easily recognize the difference in our villas compared to the traditional Istrian offer – they are modern, architecturally recognizable and attract the attention of guests, resulting in occupancy rates of more than half the year.
The house is relatively new, completed in mid-2021, and its exceptional architecture has been published by the most reputable Croatian design and architecture magazines. This architectural beauty offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner islands of Cres and Lošinj.
Why Ližnjan? The Ližnjan coast is as long as 28 kilometers and almost completely devoid of houses and buildings – a real rarity in today's Mediterranean. Untouched beaches offer the opportunity for a truly personal experience of nature: secluded stretches of coastline where the only company is the sound of the waves and the song of crickets.
A winding macadam road runs along the coast, ideal for walks at dawn or dusk, as well as for cycling. Four new bicycles are available for guests to fully explore this unique area.
The immediate vicinity of the largest Istrian city, Pula, provides a rich selection of additional facilities for your holiday, while the proximity of Pula Airport allows for quick and easy arrival.
